Coffee lovers internationally certainly do love their coffee shops. The coffee has to be good (that is a given), but the atmosphere has to be perfect as well - the wooden furniture, paintings, the baristas, flowers, newspapers and especially the smells.
ReplyDeleteWhen I look back over by posts, in a blog devoted to art and architecture, a surprisingly large number have focused on coffee eg "Vienna: Coffee, Art, Pastries". You would not be surprised by that :)
